Waste Management

Ultra Green Waste Management provides a comprehensive portfolio of integrated clean waste solutions and business models that can turn most kinds of waste into a commercially viable energy product.

We offer a range of stand-alone, industrial sized and packaged mobile plants for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to electricity, hazardous waste to electricity, methane to liquefied bio methane fuel, organic waste to liquid biofuel, autoclave systems, multi feedstock to energy systems, recycling systems, pyrolysis units, anaerobic digesters, floating power stations, specialist leasing and BOO modelling systems and CO2 capture models.

Below is one example of how waste can be converted to energy. The waste is delivered to a facility where it is sorted and cleaned using a unique autoclaving process. The valuable recyclate is separated and all carbonaceous feedstock fed into the reactor. Using specially developed pyrolysis processes it is almost instantly converted into calorifically valuable syngas. This syngas is passed to the second reaction unit where it is used in high-efficiency reciprocating gas engines, gas turbines, or steam turbines to generate clean renewable energy.

These systems are cost effective, flexible and responsive and in combined cycle or Combined Heat and power format deliver high cycle efficiency thus reducing costs even further.

Ultra Green use data feedback from the operating plants to continuously improve performance and efficiency, and find new ways to reduce costs. Ultra Green has achieved market leading ratios for Dollars per Megawatt of energy.
