Dr. Eddie Iyensu

Professor Ayensu is an experienced and a world-respected scientist and biologist. He is Chairman of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Ghana, President of the Pan-African Union for Science and Technology, Member of the Advisory Panel on Privatisation for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and former Director of Smithsonian Institution in Washington D.C.

For 2 years Professor Ayensu was the Senior Advisor to the President and the Director for Central Projects Department at the African Development Bank and the Secretary-General of the United Nations recently appointed him to the Board of Directors of the UN University for Peace.
