In September 2009, the Ultra Green Group reached agreement on a Joint Venture with North American company Energy-Inc. The focus of the company is to bring Ultra Green’s waste management business to North America. A manufacturing facility in Elkhart Indiana has been acquired, which will create hundreds of jobs in an area of high unemployment. President Obama offered personal attention to the area in his electoral campaign. The facility consists of a 161,000 square feet factory and an office complex set in 40 acres of land. This will be the centre of manufacturing for the Ultra Green waste to energy equipment in North America and the central location for Ultra Green's North American mobile plant lease hire business. Ultra Green is delighted to be playing a major part in bringing new industry and employment to this area of the United States. Ultra Green has gained a respected global position for its technology, engineering and commercial structuring of renewable energy systems and solutions. Teaming up with Energy-Inc is an ideal partnership. Both companies share the same vision and objectives. Energy-Inc is well established and respected in the United States as an energy sector project developer and solution provider. Ultra Green and Energy Inc. together are a force to be reckoned with in the North American Market.
A portfolio of bespoke waste management units are at the core of the business for the United States. Various waste products, including MSW, organic, agricultural as well as medical and toxic waste can be converted to energy using a clean, efficient ultra low emission waste conversion method that also powers itself using the energy produced by the plant. These units not only generate low cost electricity and heat they also deal with waste in an environmentally beneficial manner. The Company will focus on renewable energy solutions that can make energy security achievable, and fossil fuel dependence increasingly obsolete. |
