Ultra Green believes that change lies in education so we sponsor ‘a duck’ whose values we wholeheartedly support.

Chuck the Eco Duck is an environmental hero designed to entertain and teach children between the ages of 4 and 8 about environmental issues and citizenship.

Chuck's first pilot TV show was aired on Passion for the Planet in March 2009, and has since been aired as a 13-part audio series on Fun Kids Radio. A TV series goes into production in April 2010.

Chuck the Eco Duck tells the on-going adventures of an environmentally conscious duck and his efforts to help the farm he lives on and all his animal friends. A beautifully illustrated character, Chuck campaigns for bird and animal rights, and is the Ambassador for WARO – the World Animal Rights Organisation. He's always telling people to get quacking with things. He's acutely aware of his carbon web-print, and repeatedly reminds animal and human friends to 'Love your world!'

If you haven’t heard about Chuck the Eco Duck yet, it won’t be long before you hear children all over the world relaying stories about Chuck’s pioneering adventures to ‘love your world!”

Maximising energy efficiency

Ultra Green believes the only way to maximise energy efficiency effectively and achieve energy security in the mid-longer term is to design and build towns and industrial areas that integrate all the components required to produce an energy positive solution today.

That solution includes everything from the design of the local infrastructure and the way it is built, to houses powered by renewable energy sources, to using alternative fuel sources to run local transport, and generating electricity from waste rather than precious natural resources.

Nothing need be wasted, and everything combined could produce an energy positive community.

Ultra Green has either developed or sourced services, products and technologies to provide this solution.

Ultra Green is focused on developing and commercialising projects with the funding that is attracted to bankable propositions.

Ultra Green Capital was set up to operate as an independent funding arm to attract specialised funding for continued research and projects that are still at the venture stage. It is has its own team of researchers, data managers and funding experts who concentrate on discreet market sectors such as banking, IPOs and private funds.

Ultra Green Capital has developed models for raising funds during economic downturns for high risk research, as well as specific project funding opportunities with high IRRs through a mixture of debt and equity.

The company allows Ultra Green to accelerate its pre-bankable technologies through creative venture packages and also funds the next generations of technology that Ultra Green needs to stay ahead of the competition.

The green collar revolution is here.

One of the surest ways to create employment and embrace an economy driven by communities humble or wealthy, metropolitan or remote is to priortise energy security.

Ultra Green -

  • partners local business and govts
  • creates employment for unskilled labourers
  • offers training programmes and sustainable, comfortable accommodation for on-site workers
  • embraces Fair Trade's Code of Good Practice
  • contributes to a world where ecological sustainability and social justice are the normal conditions of business

Ultra Green seeks excellence in every aspect of our business. We are committed to minimizing the environmental impacts in all our operations and in every part of the world we’re working in.

We are committed to -

  • Ongoing improvements of our environmental performance.
  • Adopting environmental management best practice into our business operations.
  • Reducing our consumption of resources and improving the efficient use of those resources.

To meet our commitments we will:

  • Review our environmental policy regularly.

This statement represents our general position on environmental issues, and the policies and practices we will apply in conducting our business.

Ultra Green has a first class of team of world-renowned scientists, engineers, business strategists and agronomists on board who offer unrivalled expertise and environmentally conscious commercial solutions.

The world’s natural resources are finite.

As the population grows, and land is usurped by industry, agriculture and new cities, the demand for fuel, food and water has never been greater.

It would be unreasonable to assume that governments, philanthropy or green organizations can provide the infrastructure necessary to address the issues on a mass scale.

Ultra Green believes the way forward is by implementing commercially-viable renewable energy and clean technology that provides sustainable energy security and infrastructure in every country around the world.

To this end, Ultra Green structures integrated commercial programs for a diverse range of projects that deliver sustainable solutions from start to finish.

From cultivating crops on wasteland, to constructing energy-efficient buildings, to the chemical-free treatment of waste water, to supplying self-sufficient power generated from renewable supplies and waste that run whole communities.

By integrating alternative fuels and innovative, eco-engineered designs and technologies, Ultra Green can maximize projects’ energy efficiency and support long term ethical goals. Indeed, we are determined to provide better alternatives to traditional non-green equivalents that add value to a community and do not plunder the earth’s natural resources.

We are already doing this in Brazil, North America, the Maldives and the Philippines.

Equally, Ultra Green is realistic and pragmatic. We recognise that oil remains a global commercial force, and that the world’s emerging economies will not slow down in the short term to accommodate the planet’s survival in the long term. That is why Ultra Green has adopted mezzanine solutions that offer ethical and sustainable ways of harnessing what remains of the planet’s finite resources until the world adapts to the alternatives. This also includes cleaning up oil fields and tar sands. See Oil Management.

Ultimately, Ultra Green’s overall aim is to implement energy-efficient, clean and renewable technology that works with local and national economies to deliver energy security and radical sustainable infrastructure to every community around the world.

Ultra Green has established ongoing links with scientists throughout the world. The majority of work is of a proprietary nature but has resulted in Ultra Green being the owner or co-owner of key clean energy know how or IP.

Currently Ultra Green is working with scientists and Universities in Brazil, Canada, the UK, USA, Australia, Czech Republic, Ukraine and Russia.

In all these collaborations the target is to find the next generation of technologies and commercialise them.

Ultra Green also has a funding programme for developing major new breakthroughs in clean tech energy, food and water.

We are also working with a charity to provide funding for business solutions that supply food, water and energy in poorer communities.
