Ultra Green your eco town
Major new communities can employ large numbers of people both in local factories to build components for Ultra Green’s technologies but also harness unskilled labour. Ultra Green’s building method is so simple to grasp that the training to build the walls only takes around 3 hours.
Unlike other town plans we recommend building the roads and pathways from subsoil and polymer. The fact that there is no complex equipment or production required to create the infrastructure means an entire matrix for a town can be built in 5% of the normal time at around 50% of the cost. Alternative energy and sewage systems are also available.
Power for the town is planned in fine detail based on the building uses and energy is supplied from a mixture of waste to energy plants, sewage to energy, wind, solar and mag power batteries. In general terms a town built the Ultra Green way can always be powered by these five methods on a cost effective basis.
Ultra Green Construction design from the premise that new buildings should have 100% ‘3D’ insulation – effectively insulation from top to bottom and in the walls. Because this technique starts with a higher thermal barrier, the power requirements for space and water are that much lower.
An Ultra Green township or large community is designed to be built with a variety of skill sets by local people assisted by construction supervisors or built by local construction companies.
The entire town can be built using variations on insulated concrete formwork (ICF) and unique strengthening bars and configurations. The roof, ceiling and other panels are specially made. Effectively this creates housing, schools, shops and trading buildings made of uniquely reinforced concrete covered with ‘foam’ on both sides. This applies to the foundations, walls ceilings and roofs. High insulated doors and windows are an integral part of the plan.
Buildings built this way require under 40% of the normal energy needed to heat or cool space and water but can be built in traditional styles to suit local taste.
Other power requirements such as heating, cooling and lighting are energy systems provided by Ultra Green. This also applies to external lighting and community public power needs.
All of the renewable energy supplies are managed using Ultra Green’s PowerBoss, a power management system that stores alternative energy. Read more here.
Ultra Green’s water treatment technology can also recycle and sanitise local water on a small or large scale.
While Ultra Green’s construction techniques are designed to accommodate humans, it is also worth noting that animal rearing buildings can be temperature controlled via animal waste to energy systems and thermal batteries. According to agricultural studies, this method results in increased weight in chickens and pigs. Coupled with Ultra Green water additives this could result in greater weights and lower mortality and thus provide local communities with more meat.
