Ultra Green Construction is not a traditional construction company. Our approach is holistic, with the aim of harnessing smart technologies to maximize energy efficiency that can work today.

Ultra Green Construction builds towns that integrate Ultra Green's range of energy efficient solutions to produce a community that can generate its own power and build itself.

To reduce the use of green field sites for new buildings, Ultra Green uses world-class TechXtract decontamination technology, that enables building work to take place on land or buildings that were previously not available for use due to chemical, radioactive or heavy metal contamination.

The standard Ultra Green eco town package includes insulated foundations, walls, ceilings and roofs, waste to energy systems, roads, RAS waste water treatment, waste water recycling, fuel cells, solar and wind power, foundation-laid semi-geothermal heating, 12v LED domestic and road lighting, heating/cooling units and a factory to build core components.

A typical town uses Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) or sewage generated from the town to create energy, and can be built quickly and cheaply by mostly untrained people using a range of carefully sourced technologies and products.
